And yes it really is all about you. That reads cheesy, but what's a blog without readers? IMHO, it's the sound of one hand clapping: well-intended, but not reaching the intended audience.

That is so true Kevin. As an author and business man, I can relate to how you said "Richard and I try and give you what you want to read vs. what we think you want...or what we want to write about". I hope more people discover your blog because you really know what you're talking about. Can't wait to read more from you!
